Subject: Outside gray paint.
 
Reference:   (a) BUSHIPS conf. ltr C-S19-1(1-28)(DYr), EN28/A2-11 dated January 31, 1941.

    1.     In accordance with paragraph 4 of reference (a), the Commandant is advised that, as of March 1, 1941, the quantity of outside gray paint on hand in Cruisers Battle Force, now in Hawaiian waters, was as follows:-
