(A) Photographs camouflage design for Motor Torpedo Boat Squadrons 13 and 16 -
Measure 31 - Design 5P - 2 Sheets.

     1.       In accordance with reference (a) and (b), it is desired that camouflage painting and countershading in compliance with enclosure (A) be applied to the subject vessels at Puget Sound.

     2.       Enclosure (A) has not been made confidential, but in view of the nature of the contained information, it is requested that the issue of enclosure (A) be given maximum security commensurate with the satisfactory accomplishment of the camouflage painting.
