Added a 1942 paint memo on the camouflage painting of new-construction destroyers and an August, 1941 memo from the Commandant of the 13th Naval District clarifying camouflage instructions.

Added TONS of Navy Ship Camouflage memos in the US Navy Camouflage Section: 1940's 4CN-40: Camouflage Painting for Destroyers, 1941 memos (April) Outside Gray Paints, Deck Staining, Camouflage for new Construction, 15-CN-41: Camouflage Experiments, the SHIPS-2 Rev 1 Distribution letter and SHIPS-2 itself, and finally for 1941, Atlantic Fleet 13 CL-41 and the transition to Measure 12 Mod. Also added a 1942 Pacific Fleet memo ordering Measure 21 for most ships. August's updates will not be this large!
